Mega is not gonna take the initiative when it comes to uncovering copyrighted stuff for their DMCA index, the hypnotists themselves have to do that. Also, I don't think mega would store all those files, they probably store the checksum and some metadata to identify it whenever someone uploads it again. That's why all the compressed files in >>72169 are still available even though they'd be flagged if they were uploaded raw.

As for ㄒ乇丂丂卂, all the files available on the mega were from 2011 or earlier, and a few of them are (or used to be) free files. Maybe she forgot to put those in her email, or she just doesn't care about files that old.
