The lock and key thing would have to modify everything involved with enchantment handling (so at the very least TFModifier and ItemEffectType) and NPC behaviour (which I haven't even touched yet but GameCharacter is very likely to be involved, as well as one or two files from game/character/persona and probably a lot of files from game/sex).

As for removing jinxes I doubt you can even do it cleanly as things stand. From what I saw the game doesn't even give essences to NPCs so while imps, half-demons and demons should be capable of doing that in theory they'll never have enough essences. So, aside from, again, modifying character behaviour, you'll have to add an NPC-exclusive method of enchanting clothing that costs nothing.

The hymen part sounds the easiest with self-transformations. You'll just need to add a button to the UI and have it something like Main.game.getPlayer().getBody().getVagina().getOrificeVagina().setVirgin(true); when clicked. And if there's no public setter (or something in that chain is missing) you'll have to add it, obviously.
