Anime whores need to be put in their place, humiliated, and dominated. This much is obvious to any serious student of the medium! Turning cartoon girls into cute pets for your own amusement and pleasure is a gentleman's and a scholar's past-time through and through. Fortunately for us, the japs seem to be huge fans of the genre - and there's been a renaissance of sorts lately, with a number of games featuring pet play being released just in the last few years. It looks absolutely amazing - a really high class effort from the slants over at miconisomi - but I'm waiting until it has added some more content before I enjoy a playthrough.
Two other games of a similar variety and theme (training anime whores) are Custom Maid 3D 2 (http://wiki.anime-sharing.com/hgames/index.php?title=Custom_Maid_3D_2) and its sequel, Custom Order Maid 3D 2 (http://wiki.anime-sharing.com/hgames/index.php?title=Custom_Order_Maid_3D_2). Though pet play isn't the central focus of these games, it does feature as an option in multiple ways (both as an action and in scenes) and I include them in this thread because these are some of the finest H-games ever created, in my humble opinion. No fag shit either (there is cuck shit unfortunately, but it is entirely optional and easy to avoid). KISS studios really outdid themselves with these.
Moving to virtual novels, I would like to highlight two companies which produce pet play content. The first, Tsurumiku, has released a number of exceptional games over the years which all revolve around a similar theme - kidnapping innocent women and turning them to obedient sex slaves, and often sex pets as well. I can personally recommend Kan'in Tokkyuu Michishio (https://vndb.org/v1007) and its two sequels. There are many others, but I can personally recommend these ones. It can be a pain in the ass to find them as, again, there has been no English language codification of the genre, but searching the 'petplay' tab on VNDB is one way to go. However, out of the kindness of my hard I am going to share with you an invaluable and exhaustive resource. One generous, deeply autistic man compiled what seems to be every single H-game image related to pet play and posted them on exhentai along with their related titles:

That, my friends, is the holy grail. Even I, an experienced scholar of the pet play genre, have still not managed to make it through the entire compendium. Combing through these carefully and lovingly compiled images I can't help but bust a nut part way through, and lose interest. Only for it to awaken again like trees in spring time after my seed has regenerated. Anyways, make sure to check it out. You won't be disappointed!
I'd like to end by noting that there are Western games with petplay themes - such as Free Cities and Strive 4 Power but they lack the visual element which is to me, at least, a key aspect of this nuanced and, at its best, deeply moving genre. I would like to credit Slave Master 3, though, which has the most fully developed pet training system of perhaps any game. Though it is relatively simplistic visually and a bit on the old side, it manages to easily out-due any of its competitors. As an honorable mention I'd like to add Jack-o-nine which looks quite good, though I have not personally tried it.
In conclusion, pet play is a fetish on the rise. A fetish of the future, but with a storied and illustrious past. This is an english patched version, I also recommending search for a full save to save you the hassle, The game itself is ok, with some petplay/slave play, but seems lower on content than their previous one.
But what got me interested, is that this english patch seem to have an auto translator, that searches and changes the strings on the fly. It works pretty damn well to be fair, not only on dialog but on several UI elements.
And considering this is a Unity game, its probably portable and/or common with others game alike, I imagine CM3D2 or similar.
