I wish I had a sister. Or a brother. I fucking hate my parents.

I was told of her existence when I was 14, all we share is a dad. We meet up sometimes, but she's never felt like a sister to me, more like a distant cousin.

Thank you for the concern but I really don't need sympathy or pity from anyone. I claim responsibility for not standing my ground. It wasn't a public spectacle but the situation went on for awhile and other people were around but not aware what was going on (some people did find out afterwards though). I've always been a fairly open person, mostly because I enjoy when others are open with me. I won't share anything I'm not comfortable telling so there's nothing to worry about.

It's more of a logistics issue for moving out. In reality I can anytime, just kinding waiting on a good time to move with my friends or girlfriend. But anyways, I had a similar situation about being helped. My grandma was basically my mother but she passed away recently. I was very lucky to have her, she was the kindest person I knew in my life. She still is the kindest I've ever known. My family had me on accident, they planned my sister. They were definitely not ready. Hard to be mad at them, I just wish my grandmother could've been around in better health for longer. My shoulder is better than it was and I do workout here and there, definitely not as much as I used to. Weightlifting has luckily not been impaired. I think that's what everyone wants, and the problem arises when people's vision of better conflicts with one another. No matter the instrument, it's best to be something that bridges them to the old world of white music. The piano and violin are very good paths to that history. Be sure to get them to know Wagner!
