理智上我真的找不出什么能让我真的想要继续玩下去的理由，我一直自诩是个理性人，但是到这种时候……但同时理智上我也清楚，希望永远存在，无论现实看起来多绝望。事情变好往往是在一瞬间，而且是不讲逻辑的。从这个角度来讲，一个理性人永远不可能死于绝望，而是死于痛苦，所以我真正面对的问题是如何减轻我的痛苦。但我还是很难说服自己，还是很难相信一切会变好……我猜这就是为什么求生是一种本能，因为大脑在这种时候真的帮不上什么忙，反而会一直劝你放弃，因为它讨厌痛苦

所以我应该把事情写下来。经历过混沌状态的人都知道，在那种状态里大脑是无法正常思考的，就像缺氧的情况下连两位数的加法都算不出来。又像吸毒的人需要别人的帮忙和指导，因为毒品会搞乱你的大脑。所以我应该把东西写下来，做一个备忘录，以便下次再进入这个状态的时候用
