给门卫上支烟，大门立即打开；停车费30元，递上10元说不要票了，收费员开心放行；对办事员意思意思，户口两天办妥……他们明天也求人办事，开始了新一轮折磨。谁是恶性循环的第一推手呢？压垮骆驼的绝不仅仅是最后那根稻草，雪崩的时候没有一片雪花是无辜的。
