PS:我发现了胰岛素的可能性,胰岛素打多了会造成低血糖,而低血糖是有生命危险的,岛上天天有岛民吵着说自杀,如果用安眠药+胰岛素,能否实现无痛苦死亡🤔

主要我不知道我到底什么时候得的,只是最近身体乏力尿有强烈异味去医院检查才确诊,发现胰岛功能几乎要没了

我生活习惯确实不好,常年熬夜通宵,基本20多年了,但我基本每天都睡足了的,相当于过美国时间的生活,以前年轻时倒是经常吃零食喝饮料,大概十年前吧。我因为这几年都是过的挂逼生活,垃圾食品和甜水还真没吃多少,没钱啊,不过我喝可乐雪碧之类的话会一天喝2L多,因为碳酸饮料很便宜,大瓶的比小瓶的更便宜实惠

只是饮食不规律,饱一顿饿一顿的,一天在随机时间吃一两顿饭,反正感觉饿了就吃,不管什么时间,哪怕是凌晨时间,因为没什么钱,基本就素菜土豆丝或者炒蛋之类的菜,就着嗯造很多米饭,可以说是狂造碳水,我又成天坐电脑前不运动….

但是我又很瘦,毕竟吃的很差,属于营养不良,所以医生目前判断不了我是几型,因为二型都是胖子,一型才瘦,我只有肚子稍微大点,而且不是胖子肚子那种皮下脂肪,我是内脏脂肪

不过我还是猜测我应该是二型,就是不知道是年轻时吃零食饮料就得了还是近几年挂壁生活导致的,因为我一直吃的多,从初中开始就吃的多,而且十多年前年轻时我有一天突然开始晚上起夜喝水了,这个可能是个预兆,只是我没重视

确实有可能,嗯造碳水好像确实危险,我也是一直爱吃大米饭,不挂逼时我就要吃很多米饭,挂逼后更是离谱,一个月我就要吃一袋10kg的米加6kg左右的挂面

我看了下中国糖尿病的人数和比例,很难说和嗯造碳水的饮食习惯没关系,中国人还嘲笑日本嗯造碳水,自己这边嗯造碳水的功力也不差啊

米饭要跟油一起吃,消化就会慢,升糖就低。我感觉高油完爆高碳水?油脂本身也是远胜于碳水的供能物质,一顿吃够了能很长时间不饿而且还有精神,碳水吃多了就很难受,而且无论吃多少都会很快就饿。有段时间我试过一顿吃200g米饭加很少的菜,感觉快死了。后来减到一百多克就很舒服了。

至于饮料,其实看看营养成分表就知道饮料里根本没多少糖,就算当水喝也只是容易结石,喝出糖尿病我觉得不太可能。不过一天2L多就有点变态了,真就一点水不喝啊,我2L能喝好几天。
