Anyone here looked in to weighted clothing at all? Vests, gloves, ankle weights, shit like that? I'm digging the idea of just walking around doing my daily life and making gains that way in addition to everything else.

So far the heaviest weighted vest I've found easily available online was 150 lbs but was nearly 500 dollars, seems excessive for what it is, found another that maxed out at 140 pounds and goes for around 250, so I'm wondering if anyone has looked in to this and has any suggestions, info, or anything of the like on this topic.

Incidentally also found this vest that purports to have a 225 pound max by putting barbell plates on, but I'm looking for something less bulky to wear all the time.

Here are the links to all three I talked about in order of mention in case anyone is curious

I have some ankle weights that I use sometimes for butt work. I have in the past just worn them around the house when I'm getting ready for work and it was moderately tiring! Feels like walking around in deep mud or something.
