Don't jack off in the shower (because cardio kills your gains) but cum is a good source of many vitamins and nutrients good for your hair and skin. Also rubbing cum on your biceps will impregnate them with more baby muscles giving your biceps a more full and round look.

Castile soap is the way to go anon. But be sure to install a water filter on your shower if you have heavily chlorinated andor hard water.

>Shampoo

None needed. Shampoo removes the natural, GOOD oils from your hair and damages it. Then to fix the problem you just created, you need to put in artificial oils via conditioner. It's all a scam unless you got a bunch of stuff in your hair like drywall or concrete dust. Hand scrubbing with water just won't do it for that stuff.

I tried not showering my head with shampoo for around a month, anon. I only "cleaned" it by showering it with hot water and by scratching my hair using my fingers and nails. I used the hot water to make it less oily. The thing is, after a while, lots of dandruff started forming and falling down, and my hair started smelling bad. Do you know what I did wrong?

Don't shower with hot water, tepid or cold water is better. Hot water washes off most of your oils and dries out your skin. Brush your scalp with a brush everyday. That will keep it clean from flakes and oil build up.

Here is the best body and hair routine that works for the average man:

1. Rinse yourself in a shower with cool or tepid (not heated) water everyday, especially after a sweaty workout or job, with no soap or shampoo.

2. Brush your scalp with a brush everyday, combing your hair afterwards. (This includes your beard, pubes, and armpits. Consider having at least two brushes or washing thoroughly between uses.)

3. Eat a healthy and balanced diet, avoid excessively greasy or sugary foods. Avoid sodas, smoking, coffee, tea, and overconsuming milk or dairy.

4. Get an hours worth of outdoor time every day (in the sun preferably).

5. Workout regularly.

6. Shower once a week with shampoo and soap. Do not use heated water or a scrub brush, but use a wash cloth and work top-down.

7. Clean behind and around the inside of your ear(not going into the earhole), your belly button, and your foreskin often with a q-tip (every day or every other day).

8. Floss and rinse with saltwater everyday. Only do this outside 30 minutes of eating. If your breath smells particularly bad, gargle and rinse with mouthwash and check for tonsil stones.

9. Brush your teeth once a week. Brushing too often weakens the natural yellow enamel. Not brushing at all causes plaque build up and allows enamel to become an unsightly yellow. Healthy balance is about a week if your diet has been healthy and you don't smoke or drink sodas/coffee, but this is variable. Only brush outside 30 minutes of eating. Rinse and gargle with mouthwash.

10. Take a hot salt bath once a month. Good for aches and for your skin. Reccomend doing it the Japanese way (do a quick wash in a shower, not a shampoo/soap wash, then run a hot bath). Substitute your usual weekly shampoo shower with this instead.

11. Use anti-perspirant, dry deoderant daily.

12. Trim your nails with nail clippers following the natural Arc of your nail once a week. Wash your hands with soap whenever you notice dirt beneath them. Rinse if you piss, wash with soap if you shit. Get a file and try to maintain a round nail throughout the week. Use a pick to remove dirt from toenails every other day.

13. Soak your feet in hot Epsom salt water once a month, preferably in-between monthly baths. Your feet needs extra attention if you wear boots and work daily. Get between your toes and on your soles with a washcloth. This is the best time to pick and trim your toenails. Do not cut it too short or else you will get an ingrown toe nail.

14. Outerwear (button up shirts, pants, etc.) can be worn a few days in a row, but underwear (undershirts, underwear, and especially socks) should be changed every day, if there is any amount of sweat on it.

15. When you get a haircut, rinse and brush before, and rinse after. When you shave, use a double-edge safety razor and foaming cream. Use an aftershave sparingly as it will dry out your skin.

16. Wash your washcloth after every use, and change your towel every two days.

17. Do all of your laundry once a week if possible, once every two weeks maximum. Wash your bedsheets every two weeks. Don't use aggressive detergent.

I always felt at my best when I stuck to all of these rules. As for specific brands, that's variable based on preference. Personally, I'm cheap and use Irish Springs and Mane n' Tail for soap and shampoo, an off-brand for toothpaste and mouthwash, barbarsol and old spice for shaving cream and aftershave, and mitchum for deoderant. I also don't care for conditioner, and opted for a very, very small amount of hair wax combed and formed through my hair when I still had hair. Your body is different than mine, so your preferences will vary. All of these steps only work when done together, if you eat like shit or smoke, you're going to need to brush your teeth and wash more often. First step is fixing your diet and habits. If you don't, you're just dry-showering yourself with axe body spray.

Couple of steps I forgot;

18. Sleep on a regular schedule, eat on s regular schedule. 6-8 hours a night is fine. Any more or less and you will mess up your entire body.

19. Drink water often and regularly. Your piss should be a faint yellow.

20. Find a healthy and productive way to manage stress. Some adopt weightlifting or a sport, others enjoy games or crafts working or music. If you work a physically active job, look for something that is passive to do that helps you recoup. If you work a passive job, look for something active that works you out.

21. Workout regularly and stretch regularly.

The holistic approach is the best start. By eliminating all regular issues, then can you move forward and assess exceptional issues. By following these, you can observe how your body behaves in a more "natural" state free from as much "artificial" tampering. Live this for a year, and make adjustments afterwards.

Also >>149211, don't scratch your scalp with your nails. That makes it worse. Rub gently yet firmly. I wouldn't have lost as much hair early in my life if I had just been more gentle.
