I would recommend keto + intermittent fasting, with calorie count between your BMR & TDEE.

i would recommend that too.
keeping ur protein super high will keep ur muscles big in theory.
IF will just keep ur manly levels high but if you can manage to do some kind of HIIT around the time of ur meal that doesnt use ur arm, you're golden

>you gotta eat fat to burn fat VS fat burns in the fire that is being fueled by carbs
I tried many things over the years. You gotta see what works best for you. Keto is ok if you're very fat. I do classic clean dieting these days by which I mean high "good" carbs/moderate protein/low fat. Protein is overrated in general.

Modern carbs are basically unfit for human consumption.
>Wheat with no nutrients left
>Potatoes with no nutrients left
>Rice which had no nutrients to begin with
>Virtually all crops doused in pesticides and selected for maximum harvest at the cost of taste and nutrition
>lol sugar

how are potatoes lacking nutrients? what's wrong with a B vitamin supp in addition to white rice? nothing Why doesn't organic rice and potatoes exist in Australia? What's wrong with fruit as a carb source? nothing What's wrong with sugar? nothing Anti-sugar people are basically religious zealots. There is nothing wrong with simple sugar sources of carbohydrates. Sugar is not fattening. Body fat contains dietary fat. The foundation of ketogenic dietary advice is broscience and pseudoscience. Not even wild carnivores do keto. They get fresh glucose from blood and glycogen from fresh meat.
