I don't want to eat anymore. I'm about 395 and I hate myself. I've tried not eating before, I had multivitamins and a lot of water. I didn't make it very long, maybe 2 days. I want to try to fully commit. My goal is a week.
Can i do it and maybe go longer with just a costco multivitamin every day?
Am I a fucking idiot for even thinking this is a good idea?

Water=2L
Potassium chloride =1 tsp (No Salt)
Sodium chloride = 1/2 tsp (Himalayan Pink Salt)

You'll lost ~1lb a day just laying around, so long as you don't put anything in your mouth other than water. If you walk for a few hours a day, it'll be more.

yea you could do the snake diet. the truth is
its painful to not eat because ur addicted to sugar
probably..
you could also download an app, set a date about a year or two in the
future, and reduce your daily or weekly calories
so that you reach that deadline.
