I haven't had a need to take a sick leave for somewhere around 3 years now, and I train from 5, up to 8 times a week.

I workout 5 times a week. Noticed that if I do my program more than 4 weeks my immune system begins to weaken (slower recovery, acne, throat feels off).

For this I would recommend taking a *low intensity* week every 4-5 weeks after normal training (use half of regular weights + add low intensity cardio).

This will help your immune system to bounce back and prevent you from catching an infection.
