I've lost 10 pounds but my gut hasn't changed, I dont know if I'm bloated or fat but I heard about this thing called cool sculpting which is just putting an icepack on your gut and allegedly it freezes the fat cells

Also waist trainers/ab belts/sweat belts I'm not sure if they work for shit but they make it easier to put the ice pack on my stomach and are planks for fat burning mom science bullshit or real?

Lose weight, build up muscle and the excess skin you go to a surgeon and he'll help you. There's no other way

It's called visceral fat. Try swapping out wheat for fruits and simple sugars. It helps

You lose fat in the reverse it was gained. Belly fat on me is the last to go. Spare yourself the ice pack discomfort, that won't do crap.

You need more fork putdowns, and maybe DNP. Don't kill yourself with it.

This, where fat is deposited is genetic. If you still have excess fat that you would like to get rid of, regardless of where it is, then continuing to lose weight is the only solution, short of liposuction.

Fast for at least 4 days and you'll see all of the bloat in your gut disappear. The actual liquid feeling you have in your gut is inflammation, and fasting is the quickest way to rectify that. After the fast, when you start eating again, I would suggest doing some kind of intermittent fasting routine like 8/16 while being mindful of the glycemic index of foods that you're consuming so that you don't spike your insulin and get back to being inflamed. Apple cider vinegar is also a great anti-inflammatory. Make sure that you get electrolytes (potassium + sodium) while you fast too, the lack of them is why people feel like crap why they stop eating for longer than a day.

How good are grippers? Aren't they a scam? Is there danger in an not so good gripper? Is there danger to grippers in general?

Ok, so I looked it up and have those answered. But the thing is, importing is very difficult, since with taxes I might end up paying 100 dollars for a $56.95 CoC 3 gripper set. So if I were to do it, I'd need to buy only one. But I don't know if the trainer is going to provide enough challenge and the no. 1 makes me think it's too difficult. But the 120lb one also doesn't fancy me. So, what so you think I buy? Trainer or no. 1?

>I've lost 10 pounds but my gut hasn't changed,…

Its the last place you lose your fat, since the body first takes the fat stores further away from the extremities.

To that comes that if you have no real muscles on your abdomen, your guts simply push outwards every time you fill them with food.

They aren't that great, there are other, cheaper, more effective ways to build your grip. Try plate pinches, holding two plates together in your hand. Then go walking with them.

Yeah plate pinch is good and cheap. Finger push ups, towel pull ups, finger pull ups, farmer carries (normal grip or towel wrapped grip) – I would swing something though, get a sledgehammer and start your path on MASTERING THE HAMMER.

It's $87 to have this set shipped to some address in Sao Paulo. Not sure if there's a difference where in Brazil it's shipped, but that doesn't sound too bad. https://cannonpowerworks.com/collections/start-here/products/beginner-set-men2

Yeah, I have some of the CoC grippers, I bought them way back before anyone actually was able to do the #4, now there's tons of people who can do it.

Everything else you listed actually works better than the grippers, the grippers are good to show what you can do, I just don't think they are great for building strength.

Yes, but the government can tax 60% of it for being an import, plus a tax regarding merchandise, commerce and service, plus an extra tax over the already paid shipping. None of that is certain, but not being taxed is also uncertain. Anyway, this isn't biz so I won't talk too much. It seems like brazilians are highly disregarded around here. It must be /k/'s muttspammer.
