Ok so for when you want to do a quick program that makes you sweat, and builds muscle I choose burpees.
Anyone willing to share their routine?
5x20 squat/pushup burpees

If you're limited on space, burpees are probably king.
If you have some room to run, I'd toss in some suicide sprints and bear crawls, and maybe some spiderman crawls for good measure.
Just repeat until too tired to continue.
