Breakfast? Hopefully not cereal…
This is oatmeal. I breifly toast my oats on a skillet with butter until they get darker and smell like popcorn.
You boil up half water half milk and dump them in there, allowing 15-20 mins to steam off the water content, stirring occasionally.
Next up, increase the heat and stir constantly for 5-10 mins. Add salt halfway.
I added a handful of dried cherries to get some extra vitamins like iron. It seems like a lot of wprk for the morning, but it gives you an initial boost of confidence that you need to complete other tasks as the day goes on.
Have a good one!

I usually just chug down a protein shake and get on my way.
Quick and gives you protein and vitamins.

Breakfast as a meal is a meme. Unless you're doing strenuous activity early in the day, you don't need it.

Chobani is low in sugar and high in protein, but tastes stupidly sour and is owned by a kurdroach.

Eh I don't mind the flavour. It is disappointing to discover about the ownership.

I like Fage. Most of their plain yogurts have about 5g - 7g per 200g serving, you have a choice between multiple fat contents, and it has the highest protein content out of Greek yogurts I was able to find. It also tastes better than most, but is slightly more expensive (about $1.00 extra in my area). If you have Costco or Sam's Club membership, you can get 48 oz for around $6.00. It also often goes on sale every few weeks in my area - grocery stores seem to rotate their weekly diary sales between Chobani, Fage, Deans, Yoplait, and few other brands.

and Kirkland yogurt is very similar to Fage. It has 1g of protein and 1g of sugar more per serving than Fage, but is less expensive.

Isn't labneh basically a more 'concentrated' Greek yogurt with excess whey and moisture drained? Adding some milk or water could give it more of a Greek yogurt texture and lighten it up.

Make your own, a gallon at a time. Helps if you have an instant-pot. Don't use organic milk, it's ultra-high heat pasteurized, it destroys the proteins, you can't make yogurt with it.
Reserve a small amount of milk to be used later.
Heat rest of the milk to 180-190F, stirring so the bottom doesn't scorch. Use a stem thermometer to check.
Choose your thickener and mix it with the reserved milk. Corn starch, pectin or gelatin should work. Slowly whisk it with the hot milk so you don't get lumps.
Take the pot out and put it in an ice bath. Stir and reduce the temperature of the milk to around 110F.
Seed the milk with a yogurt you bought at the store. Plain or vanilla works well. Mix it up.
Put back in the instant pot on yogurt mode.
Remove 10 hours later and refrigerate until cold.
Enjoy your gallon of yogurt.

Probably. Have also tried a lot of different generic brand regular yogurts, all of which were fine. Those companies piss me off, making such a good food unhealthy by adding sugar. Another brand I tried I could swear the nutritional facts were lies, telling me 27g sugar per 200g serving and it tasted like dog shit.

Im with you…I like it because its a dairy product AND has good intestinal bacteria so I like to supplement it in combination with milk, whatever im in the mood for but milk is my top priority.

Yea, depending on price…I personally like to weigh out the pros and cons per dollar, eggs and milk being the best bang for buck in terms of protein, but sometimes the best deal is a giant bucket which is fine too.
Anyway anons, I got some pretty spectacular comments today for the first time in my life, despite being lax with my routine lately…only been working out for 3 months.
