Meso or Endo. I didn't even know there were different types until I lost a lot of weight and was wondering why my body wasn't shaped like a plank. The skeletal structure of my chest is fucking heug, and I am urgently trying to put on muscle so my body actually looks proportional. I need to get my arms a lot bigger.

I'm definitely on the Endo side, and its not the same as Meso, I can barely gain muscle without look slightly chubby.
Also, even when I'm religiously cutting, I can barely get cut like a Ecto. This all depends on organism and you body reacts to the diets.
