Need a workout program that will help me put some good size and strength, don't want to focus on only size and no strength but neither on hitting strength Prs, just want to hit big and above average strong, I'm pretty small 75kg at 6ft 1 14percent bodyfat, max for the three big lifts are 102.5kg bench, 132.5kg squat and 160kg, but I'm probably weaker know because I haven't worked out in over a month, also how much should i weight and how long to look big at my height, really want to get 18inch arms, even if I'll be 15 or 16 percent bodyfat, I'm sick of being a virgin getting no attractive woman's attention
