definitely good exercise but you could round it off with some deep squats or lunges, or whatever your preferred leg exercise is.

Like pistol squats? I’d say as many as you can do. If you can work up to sets of 15, I don’t see any reason not to work up to eets of 20. Just be careful not to strain yourself too much.
