I feel like serge kovaleski but on the muscles. It fucking hurts ever since i went to the gym and tried lifting weights. I look like a disabled person when im walking. This has happened before but this time its 5x worse. I mean its painful when fapping. Its just pain. What do?

How about easing up on the volume just a bit and eating more and sleeping plenty? Do you get enough magnesium in your diet? Magnesium tends to speed up the metabolism (which includes recovery) because it's involved in pretty much everything.
