Don't make me laugh. Wash when you wake up, when you shower before sleeping and after your workout. I wash with products in the morning and in the night shower, but after a workout just water. Since you said it's monthly, it must be hormonal. If you to to the doc, he'll give you something that will fix it. Personally, I'd never do it because I fear for my testosterone. But I suppose that if you work to make your test go up while focusing on the balance of your organism you will be free from acne. You never saw a healthy and manly man with pimples, did you?

Also, search for Asian Beauty. Read a LOT about it. If you don't, you risk fucking up even more. You MUST know what you put into your face, faggot. You should also know acne has many variations. And you should stop touching your face with your greasy fingers. Dont press on you acne, or you need a longer time to heal it. Use sunscreen to avoid the marks/scars. Don't be a faggot and buy something that won't hurt your testosterone. Buy pa+++ minimum and spf 50.

You could also deviate to Western skincare, and maybe a luxurious one at it, with aesop and shit. But it's expensive

It's not bacteria. Polyunsaturated fat and estrogen causes acne. All you normally have to do is stop eating polyunsaturated fat and 6 months-2 years later (or longer still if obese) until the vegetable oils are gone from your adipose tissue and you will stop breaking out unless you have a deficiency of zinc, pantothenic acid, vitamin B3, vitamin A, or some antioxidant such as vitamin E. My face cleared up more and more precisely when and in proportion to decreasing polyunsaturated fat intake. I used to be so greasy, but now my skin quality is damn near perfect. I look like I'm in fucking high school (except not breaking out this time) and I can't even get sunburned to create wrinkles.

That worked for me, but coupled with a good skin care routine. Basically, you want something that will clean your face, then something to exfoliate, and last some sort of oil-free moisturizer. Avoid touching your face as much as possible as well. That will minimize chances of bacteria or other irritants getting to it. If you need to touch your face, make sure that your hands are clean or that you are touching it with something clean. Something like fresh pillowcase every night or two can go a long way as well.

Also consider using cream with sunblock (one that does not clog your pores) and getting enough sleep/rest. Both of these will help your face heal faster and minimize scaring.

Acne has a lot to do with estrogen, which is excreted from the body in feces. Eat carrot salad daily. Carrot acts like a sponge and prevents estrogen from getting resorbed into the body through intestinal walls, and also kills off bacteria.

Get some 10% benzoyl peroxide. Also get some azelaic acid. BP will bleach sheets and clothing, I only use it at night. Azelaic acid does not bleach, but is more expensive and slightly less effective. If you do BP 3-4x a week, it should get nearly anything under control. It takes a while for the skin to heal, don't overtreat or you will dry your skin too bad and cause other issues.

Also stop touching your face. If you wear glasses, you need to wipe them off at least daily.

Washing your face with hot water and soap everyday could easily be a cause of bacterial acne. Your skin secretes oil, its purpose is to make the surface of the skin inhospitable to bacteria. Removing it compulsively exposes you to infections. If you're blasting your face with hot shower water and scrubbing whatever soap you have into it, you should lower the temperature and avoid soap. Washing your face more often with cooler water or just a damp cloth is what humans have evolved to do for far longer than hot running water has been available.

I doubt you know it's bacterial, it's likely not, that's retarded to assume, so if someone kisses your cheek they will get some bacteria as well and break out? No. If anything a daily soap wash is the very thing drying out your oils forcing increased production. A simple water wash will suffice when you get your diet dialed in. Decrease sugars and refined carbs first, it could be a growing insulin issue even. Eat whole foods, good animal products and see if it's not pasteurized dairy, raw should do wonders, try for increased omega 3 fat ratio, most people get relatively too much O-6. Likely linked to gut issues, look through different trace minerals and vitamins see which might be missing. try different key words here on youtube and see what might relate to you. Veganism is a meme solution, it's only marginally better than SAD so the improvements will still come at a price, almost always weakened immunity, bones, mental capacity, and a declining gut health.Fair warning. The normals will tell you that it was something simple as new towels and pillow cases, they didn't have acne beyond their pubescent years because they had a better gut health than you from the start. This starts with vaginal birth, then extended breast feeding from healthy nourished milk supply, and then not being fed a SAD trough their development, not taking anti-biotics and gut destroying pills like ibuprofen. I'm beginning to suspect vaccines, especially the complete barrage newborns are given now days. There's much more detail than these brief ideas, make time to learn why this is happening so you can explain it to people and help them as well.
