6 weeks into my running program, im weezing after only a 10 min run, 3 minute walk, 10 minute run. What gives?

Do i have asthma? Im not in pain i just am weezing and spitting white mucus.

Hopefully in another month or two i will be going for an hour run 3 times weekly.

Pic is how to complete your proteins. In other words, its inefficient to just eat peas or whole grain bread. Combine them with beans or nuts and youll get your 9 essential amino acids

honestly, six weeks isn't that much considering what you're trying to run, if you have no leg pain also consider other possibilities, like dehydration or inhaling smoke

what does you pic related mean? one of each row?

thought brown rice to be crap, not only there's that test thing, it barely has any advantage nutritionally over white rice

beans are top notch can confirm, currently have a good combo of meat+beans+egg+milk, next gonna introduce bone broth to my diet

I have all around mild muscle soreness but nothing to cry about.

I did sort of injure my knee on a curb but it should heal.

As far as i know ive always been a wheezer.

I guess the only solution is to work up to an hour

Edit:

25 minute brisk jog working on form and pace trying to bounce using my calves.

Very effective run

Light sweat

Warm body sensation.

No wheezing
