I think I figured out how to perfect posture and proportions. I'm rapidly becoming more limber and my joints are resting in more ideal alignments. Basically, I think what must be done is to make all muscle- tendon-joint complexes "breathe". That means stretching, squeezing, and twisting them with flowing movements. How that plays out in practice, I plan to outline later for you when I have a bit more time, but I don't do static stretching as in yoga. Being limber is flexibility with tensile rebounding strength like a rubber band. Joints need to breathe to have good posture.

girls all you have to do is open and close your legs many times on a daily basis.

combine it with multiple partners so you get a good variety of sexual activity.

that'll keep you nice and limber.

but ur on this board so it means ur a whale.

tl;dr

Manlet detected. You should ideally look for women 5'11-6'5 otherwise you're under 6 feet aren't you?

I thought the lack of back/core strength caused the latter posture.

Can someone explain the obsession with height to me? I'm 6'11" when my spine is decompressed and I have good posture. And no, I'm not posting my picture because I could easily get doxed even covering my face, so you'll just have to take my word for it. Sure, I don't like shrinking, which happens to me over the course of the day, but that's because my height is a part of my identity. What's so unbearable about being a comfortable 6'?

There's a good deal of sports waiting for you if you're willing to put in 5 days a week of training and eat 10k calories a day. Your body will be easier to maintain and use in old age as well if you get into sports/training now.

Yeah, studies have shown lordosis is sexy. A woman with a straight back can't carry a child properly. Anterior pelvic tilt in general is a meme chiropractors and shady physical therapists made up to milk money out of people. For every study that finds a correlation between anterior pelvic tilt and back pain or other health problems, there are ten that don't.

There's also a lot of straight up lies about anterior pelvic tilt. You'll hear so called experts say shit like that the reason sitting so much causes back problems is because you sit in anterior pelvic tilt. This is the exact opposite of what anyone who pays attention when they sit down will notice: you sit in posterior pelvic tilt. This allows the back of your spine to widen and increases your chances of getting a bulging disk. Exercises that are meant to fight anterior pelvic tilt also tend to flex your spine and increase your chances of getting a herniated disk. Though, to be honest, herniated disks are something chiropractors also tend to overblow. Most people that have hernatied disks are asymptomatic.
