he looks unbalanced and deformed, that's not a "top tier body". I can definitely see that being achieved with calisthenics, but that's far from the most efficient method

Had it but deleted it it sucks tbh lol his advice is basically to do 30 diamond push ups, 15 chin ups in a row then do bodybuilding routine mostly 4 sets of 12 and avoid fad or meme diets. And accept skinnyfats got bad genetics and getting rid of gyno is gonna be surgical ultimately and avoid exercises like flat bench, SS type routines and GOMAD.
