Heres the answer no one is gonna like:

a) GOMAD and SS makes skinnyfat worse or you can simply become overweight too.

b) Gyno can only be reduced by SERMs like raloxifene and lowering bodyfat. Surgery is a permanent solution but even then it's not risk free and make leave scars. Its expensive as well.

c) Large hips can be due to stubborn fat yes but also due to the physical bone growth.

d) Skinnyfats have low T, poor ability to put on muscle and will gain fat before muscle. Can they cut or bulk?

I have improved my skinnyfat body over the course of two years by:

Heavy lifting on compound lifts (OHP, deadlift, squat, and bench. As well as barbell row). High rep/volume at the end of the workout on triceps and biceps. And lateral raises, chest flyes and pec dec. Weighted pull ups(I do chin ups instead though). You want a mix of a traditional bodybuilding program but heavy sets as well. So I recommend Greyskull LP.

To counter low T honestly I take TRT and for gyno raloxifene (they no longer sag like an old womans banana tits). Still have stubborn fat but big arms and a V taper.

I also do alot of push ups, chin ups and situps through the day. I avoid doing back squats. Front squats and zercher squats.

My quads are big I hardly work them now.

I honestly believe someone who is truly skinny-fat and not simply fat has a low testosterone level. Most people who are fat and have healthy hormone levels have a relatively good amount of muscle mass and could simply go on a diet and look good.

Someone skinny could simply eat more and lift.

Skinny-fats are somewhat stuck, they are like Sisyphus, constantly working their way up only to go back to zero after it.

If you gain weight you simply gain a bunch of fat, but if you try to lose weight you will end up as a skeleton.

I'm not promoting steroid use but I have no reason to lie about it. Decline targets lower chest and can be a dangerous movement especially for beginners. Lower chest if your tits sag low will push it out. Incline chest flyes and incline bench press and alot of push ups. Do close grip bench for triceps as it also targets the chest a bit so you sneak in extra work.

Almost all of them could at least achieve a decent physique. Think about it: That they could not become stronger means not just that they are naturally weak, but that they have reached their genetic potential by sitting around and doing nothing. I find that very hard to believe. Not everyone has it in him to be an Ed Coan if he tried - although very few people train half as hard as he does, and it's better to assume that is the reason and not muh genetics - but I refuse to believe that anyone, outside a few pathologic cases, could get strong by normie standards. I think I've read somewhere that a 315lbs deadlift puts you in the 20th percentile concerning strength among males, so while you're still weak for powerlifting-standards, you are quite strong for a normalfag. With a 400 or 500lbs deadlift, you'll probably be the strongest person you know, unless you go out of your way to make buddies with strength athletes. And these levels are very much attainable, if you stick to it for several years.

That may also be a consequence of not working out, though. Squats and deadlifts raise T like crazy. And even if your testosterone is naturally low, you can become relatively strong, as even women can become somewhat ripped and strong by training hard and low t is literally in their genes.

You only see that his upper arms are badly proportioned and lack definition, but you may not notice that they are bigger than your thigh.

None of this will help you if you want to become a professional bodybuilder, of course, but face it, not everyone needs to compete with them, just as not everyone needs to strive to be the next da Vinci or Leibniz if he wants to read books. Becoming a regular strong guy or smart guy is already respectable, if you then know your place and don't tell Coleman his squat form is weak.

Skinnyfat means having fat and little muscle. Nothing about this means you cannot gain more muscle. At most, it implies it is hard for you to gain, but even that I would doubt, as most skinnyfat people simply don't work out. I have never, in my life, heard of someone who is skinnyfat despite squatting 400lbs.

If you think so little of your body and its potential, then by all means, pursue another career. Being an ex skinny fat who has actual low test I can tell you it is extremely hard to gain any muscle even over a long time.

My first year of proper training was extremely frustrating, not only was my progress slow and my recovery took ages, my friends who did some meme workouts they found on the web outperformed me besides lifting only once or twice a week max. I'm still relatively strong to the average person but the average person can achieve such a thing in 3 months.

There is no such thing as changing your diet, and put urself on a 6 month workout routine, and caloric standard, plus an optimal weight deadline, and not have any results.

Thats called u just dont want to lift harder.

Here is the formula from reading many books:

1. Set a start and end date for a total body change including eating only whole foods with no additives.

2. Workout every day, or 3 times a week, just so long as you rest a muscle group 2-3 days after working it.

3. Do 5 sets of THE SAME workout grouped together with 1-3 minute rest periods in between.

4. Eat 3-5 meals per day and figure out what a healthy body feels like. Understand how your body responds to carbs, fat, and protein.

5. Progressively increase the weight, or reps of a given exercise. Low rep high strength sets deserve less rest, high rep hypertrophy sets should be spaced out with less rest (60 seconds)
