here's an update for OP
likely you have DHT overload choking out and killing your hair follicles.
mild natural DHT inhibitors
>peppermint tea
>spearmint tea
>fenugreek
>saw palmetto
>stinging nettle root
take those to take the edge off the worst parts of the DHT and then eat a bunch of maca root, onion, garlic, and broccoli to rebuild back up your good testosterones.
wash your hair with a natural shampoo like andalou naturals from wholefoods (or just an organic castile soap) and condition with the andalou conditioner or just with coconut oil. also get some rosemary essential oil and rub it into your scalp and hair with coconut oil (promotes hair growth)
if you are going to fap, always take a shower right after and wash your hair very good.
don't fap more than twice every 4 days (4 days not, one day fap twice, then 4 more days of not)
also take some ashwagandha and holy basil to help with your stress levels and eat foods high in zinc, biotin, iodine, selenium, amino acids, and silica to get your stuff back in order. if you want a bigger list of vitamin and mineral food sources just ask and I'll post it.
