>Do you know the name of the exercises?
I don't know the names, but in any case consider that they are tailored on my specific condition.
If you have bad posture you should go to a physiatrist and he will make a proper diagnosis and send you to a physical therapist.
Without doing some maneuvers and x-rays it's impossible to get a real and proper diagnosis, so finding stretching exercises online is useless if not dangerous.
In fact before going to the doctors I tried to search online for exercises to fix my pain/posture, based on what I saw, and while I found some exercises none of them were then assigned to me by the doctor when I went to fix the thing properly. Not only that, but even the way you have to do the exercises, and the duration, it's not something I saw online before.
This means that if I had started to do the exercises I found online I could've worsen my condition. After all I don't know shit about the human skeleton and muscles, aside from the basics you can find in any strength training manual.
Fixing posture it's not like increasing physical strength, exercises depend on each person and you need a precise diagnosis.
Aside from the 2cm, it was a great improvement in my well being. If anything it keeps me on check since I have to train everyday.
If you have bad posture, be smarter than 99% of modern people and go to a doctor to fix the problem for real. More important don't waste time. It took me years to go and I could've had better results if I went years ago.
Good luck
