If I do 1000 burpees a day (not in a row;a day) for 100 days; will I become strong?

How strong will I become? very strong? or just resistant and agile?

I need to become very strong but training in isolation, without any shitty weights.

Lifting rocks at most but that's not the issue here.

go to sticky and find the calisthenics infographic and do that exercises for 3x3 with 5 min breaks between sets , progress like the pic tells you. do 1 major musle group a day, like only doing pullups, next day only doing pushups next day abs you get it ? if not, stick to your burpees and memes

You're not wrong but to be fair if you are a skelly mode dyel and suddenly start eating right and doing almost any kind of physical activity you will get stronger. Not necessarily strong but stronger.

Because you can push as hard as you care to. You can exert your muscles just as much as you would benching or pressing, and because of the breathing you hold it for several seconds. Try going through the entire scheme doing four sets of everything and see how it makes you feel.

ive read the art of shen-ku and honestly still dont know how memetic or legit it is…it had good segements and ones i took with grain of salt.Anyway, i wouldnt do pic related as a beginner. i would stick to pullups , pushups, dips and squats with rock as op mentioned he can lift rock and calisthenics infographi cprogressions from sticky

isometric exercises and exercises with high tension really do work. ive seen prisoners work out using towels and cellmate to work out, and its basicl this.

also some gymnastic level stuff like planche makes your bicep strong as fuck and its not even the muscle thats targeted the most (yes i know the whole body is at work at this level stuff, but anterior delts and scapular muscles, core , spinal muslces, are "targeted" )

Cardio will build a little muscle and strength at first but it levels off fast.

Find a body weight strengthing routine instead of doing one meme exercise everyday.
