Problem is, some of these exercises I really don't know what are and how to perform, is there a wiki compendium on exercises anywhere??
Scooby himself was planning on adding those to his website, but I've guess is not done yet…
And secondly, what up with leg day? why is there basically only deadlift and squat exercises? what happened to those other ones?
