Casual diaper usage. Like going in your diaper (#1 and #2) like its a totally normal thing and its no big deal, its just something that happens. In other words, if the person/people being filmed don't see the appeal to a given act, then it probably wont look very convincing to the people watching it.
Also, a word on messing. Remember that people watching the recording cant feel or smell anything, so we are relying entirely on sight and sound to interpret an environment. That means that if we can see or hear whats happening "down there" then it just looks like nothing is happening. Not saying you need to pump air into you butts to make it noisier (although if you are interested in that, I wouldn't mind. A cheap $10 fish tank air pump and $2 air line makes it super easy) or that you need to do an enema or something to make it more visible, but if you cant see whats happening, dont show extended shots of the back of somebodies bottom. Also, dont be afraid to film something other than the diaper while your "going". I recently saw a clip where the person filmed their face while pooping themselves, and it was super adorable/awesome!
