There's been a thread about this guy in the past, but I think it's time for a new one because he's underwent some changes since then.

My brother's criminality cannot be exaggerated. A good example is a few year's span where he and a group of 30 or so NIGGER boys used to loiter in the Gilbert Heritage District. (I'm not concerned about this information possibly being used to dox me because everyone in that group and their immediate families were so low IQ that they undoubtedly never use the internet other than to snapchat and instagram.) More specifically, at the Dutch Bros. coffee shop and a nearby parking garage.
Their loitering and antagonism of nearby passerbys was so incessant and so volatile that the parking garage went completely unused and business at Dutch Bros. was negatively effected in a big way.
One day, an employee of a nearby restaurant made the mistake of parking at their designated nigger garage, and he was violently assaulted by all 30+ teenagers. My brother was caught on a surveillance camera leading the assault and he punched and kicked the man as hard as he physically was able to while the guy was already unconscious. The man was hospitalized and so intimidated by them that he refused to press charges.
The parking garage was completely closed down for a year due to this incident. So, my brother is not only a threat to my mother and I's lives, but to the surrounding community as well! Don't ask why the cops didn't just lay down the law long before that happened, because I couldn't tell you. My brother has inhuman luck and has evaded over a thousand felony charges, and still walks casually through walmarts that have photographs of him in the security office without being apprehended.
By "30 minutes later he acts like nothing happened", I mean the man just simply cannot be fazed. He's always been like this and it isn't just a symptom of the brain injury, it's his sociopathy. He will push my mother to the floor and scream "cunt" in her face so loud it will wake the neighbors with spit flying from his lips, I'll come out and beat the shit out of him, and 30 minutes later he'll invite himself into my room and talk about PUBG smiling.
