There is a difference between calling someone "Mr. so-and-so schoolshooter" and contacting his local authorities/friends/relatives, warning them that he might be a potential threat. One is, as I said, simple namecalling and the other is, what we would probably both agree on, A-logging. Calling someone "potential schoolshooter" is not "going out of your way to inflict harm", it's just not.
