Shitty voice actors, especially Sunblast. Sunblast can't emote to save his life. Penumbra doesn't sound like the nice but regal lady like in the Mexican dub. Demencia sounds like a Tara Strong wannabe with no vocal range. They got rid of the Team Rocket reference. English Black Hat is still good, though I think he was trying way to hard to fit in the "mediocre" delivery in the Cockney accent, but I didn't know that Alan was doing both English and Spanish Black Hat so it's not so bad. Everyone sounds like Youtubers e-celebs plucked by executives with no professional training at all.

It's by far the most disappointing voice. The underlying voice may or may not be good, but they did the effects/the monstrous accents all wrong. They applied it everywhere so he sounds like a 70 year old man with laryngitis, instead of just sounding terrifying and unpredictable. Compare the Mexican dub. That has a bit of "depth" and is tolerable to listen too.
All in all good first episode if you watch the mex dub with subs. I've heard there were problems with the animation staff being overworked and underpayed, maybe, so we might not be getting a second episode. Or worse yet, the quality will drop significantly. Still, animation, story and humor wise, seems like one of the best cartoons to come out of current year. From Mexico nonetheless. Muy irónico.

You can feel the energy and emotions the mexicans deliver in every sentence, while here everyone sounds like they are recording while having a hangover

Enjoyable show overall, good amount of quality, Baghead and Demencia were great is great. All I can think is that the voice actor for Black Hat must drink a glass of gravel before doing this because my throat hurt just listening to him.
I hope that they actually can stick with this level of animation and voice acting.

The dub is pretty accurate, there's only some issues because some things can be easily translated but they aren't.

Also by the show in itself, the introductions are fucking amazing and it doesn't matter where I pause in the episode the animation is consistent and always doing something appropriate. A far cry from Steven Universe both in style and quality.

I'm pretty amused, Demencia is pretty much Excel from Excel Saga with Pinkie Pie's voice and the animators are putting a lot of effort animating… her.
And everything really, every second of animation is in movement and exudes with the personality of the character on screen.
It feels like a 2004 CN show with 2019 cartoony animation quality
