>The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo is finally getting an ending.
Well, this was surprising. I would have expected a Ghoul School sequel before something like this. Hell, I would have guessed we'd get a Reluctant Werewolf sequel before this!

>Velma is adamant ghosts don't exist
>The Mystery Gang is retiring
Is Zombie Island canon in this movie's universe? Is this supposed to bridge the gap between 13 Ghosts and Zombie Island? I thought the implication behind the "Red shirt shaggy" saga was that most of the gang had already retired, and only Scooby and Shaggy were still interested in mysteries? Does this mean that Fred, Daphne and Velma were just at school at the time? What about Flim Flam being a teenager now? How long has it been? Where do the post-13 Ghost movies fit into this? Where is Scappy? How friggin' old are the gang?

I'm sure Zombie Island was supposed to be a quasi-reboot for the franchise that ignored a lot of what came out after Where Are You? I doubt that the Gang would have freaked out so hard at seeing actual zombies (and werecats) if they already met Count Dracula, a school for monsters, and Vincent Price as a wizard.

Well, keep in mind, Shaggy, Scooby and Daphne were the only ones who saw those things. It would also explain why during her time as a TV host Daphne was getting so frustrated they weren't running into "real" supernatural events – why would she get so upset if she didn't know for certain real supernatural things existed?

> Is Zombie Island canon in this movie's universe?
No, Zombie Island-Cyber Chase are an alternate timeline where the gang temporarily exited their floating timeline, became older, changed outfits, and encountered ghosts alternately. We go back to standard continuity in the movies starting with Scooby-Doo! and the Legend of the Vampire.
>Is this supposed to bridge the gap between 13 Ghosts and Zombie Island?
See above.
> I thought the implication behind the "Red shirt shaggy" saga was that most of the gang had already retired, and only Scooby and Shaggy were still interested in mysteries? Does this mean that Fred, Daphne and Velma were just at school at the time?
It's stated in the movie's synopsis that Fred and Velma were at summer camp during 13 Ghosts. As for their disappearance in the Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo shorts and The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show, it's explained in S2E1, "Happy Birthday, Scooby-Doo", that the reason for Fred's and Velma's disappearance is that Fred had become an aspiring mystery novelist while Velma was an apprentice research scientist with NASA. Presumably, they had lost these jobs sometime after The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo and before What's New, Scooby-Doo?.
>What about Flim Flam being a teenager now?
Flim-Flam's not important, so he ages.
>How long has it been?
A few months, as stated by Vincent Van Ghoul.
>Where do the post-13 Ghost movies fit into this?
Aside from Zombie Island-Cyber Chase (see question 1), the rest of the movies take place after The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo, and during/after What's New, Scooby-Doo?.
>Where is Scappy?
We don't talk about Scrappy.
>How friggin' old are the gang?
The same as they've always been. Fred and Shaggy are 17, Daphne's 16, Velma's 15, and Scooby's 7 (in human years).

Is this a new trend now? Reviving cartoons that didn't get a conclusive ending and finally finishing them many years later. I would want one for The Pirates of Dark Water but make sure that Netflix doesn't have anything to do with it. The only thing I'd worry about besides politics is if there is enough talent right now to match the talent from back then to make it seem look it came from the same studio with such a long gap in production.

Freaking finally. I've been waiting for this freaking conclusion for 20 freaking years here. They'd better do Vincent Pryce justice. I just hope they don't follow Mystery Inc freaking canon. And better yet, the chances of us finally getting a Ghoul School sequel are closer to becoming reality than ever before. Maybe even another Brave and the Bold crossover.
>>1035055
Velma is less adamant about monsters not existing in Zombie Island and is actually looking forward to finding real ones there. So this movie serves as a good explanation for what changed her mood (although a prior Scooby special also explained this in the 80s when Shaggy, Daphne, Scrappy and Scooby briefly reunited with Velma and Freddy and ended up at a monster ball), but even there she was less adamant. Either that or this movie ends with her losing her memories, thus avoiding any major inconsistencies.
>Fred, Daphne and Velma were just at school at the time
>Where is Scrappy?
I have a strong urge to kick your ass.

Where did you get this bullshit from anon-man? If anything, said movies were part of the original timeline since they were the last Scooby related projects William Hana worked on. Legend of the Vampire was just a soulless WB sequel that loosely followed the events of the last few films, but even the clothing change there can be explained as the gang having gotten nostalgic after seeing their past selves in virtual reality, thus wanting to don on the old outfits. Also, the Zombie-Cyber setting is consistent with the original continuity (which includes 13 Ghosts, Ghoul School and the Boo Brothers) as Cyber-Shaggy wears the same outfit Shaggy wore in Ghoul School and 13 Ghosts.

I want to say it starts with
"a pup named scooby doo" and then goes in release order from the original series onward to the end of 13 Ghosts.
then the red shirt shaggy movies,
then Zombie Island-Cyber Chase.
What's new Scooby-Doo
the direct to video movies from vampire's curse onward.
but here's where things fucked. where does Mystery Inc., be cool, and get a clue fall on the timeline? or do they belong on their own timeline? do the live action movies/specials go on the animated timeline or are they their own thing? in mystery map its own thing because it uses puppets?is the lego stuff its own thing as well? this is making my brain hurt, man.

I'd treat 2006-2008 and Be cool as their own thing. My view is that the original Where are you, the 70's movies and cartoons, 13 Ghosts, Ghoul School, Boo Brothers and Curse of the Werewolf as one continuity. Then the 90's movies, What's new and the early 2000's movies as their own continuity. Though Zombie Island could work as a continuation of the older stuff but also a pseudo reboot kind of like the 2008 Hulk movie. And Mystery Inc is it's own continuity and the direct to video movies that follow from that time are in the same continuity as Mystery Inc.

it was called "Shaggy and Scooby Doo get a Clue", and it mainly focused on Shaggy and Scooby going on their own adventures and upgrading the mystery machine so that it could transform into different modes like a drilltank, a submarine and a jet. it was kinda weird and I only watched 2 or 3 episodes before dropping it. also there were these recurring villains that look like bond villain rejects.

All shows and media after Cyberchase are set in their own continuity anything after that shouldn't be given much importance to timeline bullshit because after Cyberchase it marked the death of William Hanna. Including the live-action films. A Pup Named Scooby Doo's canonicity is a matter of debate, however references to their real names from that show and their family names have continued to pop up over the years in other media but any shared continuity is likely superficial with only slight parallels to the past of both continuities. So in short unless it has involvement from William Hanna and Joe Barbera it's not really relevant to whatever continuity you're trying to think up.

A Pup is non-canon and standalone, and it wasn't terribly great, only people who grew up watching it care about it.
Where Are You (original series) through The New Scooby-Doo Movies, Scooby-Doo Show and the 3 Scrappy series are all in canon, though you could argue the accuracy of the celebrity appearances, like Batman.
What's New is just the same as those but updated, so floating timeline counts.
Get a Clue does acknowledge the DTVs, so all DTVs after Cyberchase are grouped.
The first 4 DTVs, Zombie Island, Cyberchase, Witch's Ghost and Alien Invasion are together. Music of the Vampire has the Hex Girls so potentially could argue all DTVs are together, but Hex Girls can exist in multiple timelines so let's not put them together.
The live-action films, so the two theatricals and the two TV movies are together, and that was stated by production the whole way through.
Be Cool is on it's own, also. Nothing it does references other entries.

> though you could argue the accuracy of the celebrity appearances, like Batman.
Not really. 1966's Batman is fairly grounded to similar limitations to the world of Scooby Doo, and there's no Superman or world-destroying beings there, with the closest being Mr. Freeze and the Minstrel. Also the Scooby Doo Show had the Addams Family which were also confirmed to exist within the Batman 66 continuity in a cameo by Lurch, so it all fits pretty well. The first four DTV films, Zombie Island, Witch's Ghost, Alien Invasion and Cyberchase all fit within the prime continuity and were overseen by William Hanna. One could argue that the first four DTV films are inconsistent with the old canon due to them wanting prove real monsters are out there despite having seen some real spooks in old stories, however this can be explained as them wanting video evidence of spooks which they were unable to acquire in their old adventures. The only other major inconsistency would be the slightly higher level of technology which would be a rather notable departure from the original's 60s setting, but then again Charlie the Haunted Robot was pretty damn advanced, so its not unreasonable to assume that Scoobyland was a bit more ahead than us. Also Shaggy's red shirt period fits pretty well into canon and can be treated as taking place after the gang's graduation.

It was a dark age, and there were even parodies of what it wrought, however HB in the late 70s, 80s and 90s saw a notable increase quality, probably due to other companies like Filmation posing a threat as rivals, thus forcing them to stop being lazy and up the ante. What we're seeing now though is a second dark age.

Its hard to say honestly. There's definitely been a slow yet steady improvement in quality since it ended, however Be Cool hasn't exactly been a gem in this new generation of Scooby material. I just hope the 13 Ghosts finale does justice to Vincent Pryce and Flim Flam while actually making the ghosts a more competent threat and giving that series closure.

>its Shaggy's red van
Not bad.
>Flim Flam is the same age as them
How?
>Velma and Freddy acting like they've never seen ghosts before
Technically Fred and Velma had their first real supernatural encounter (if you don't count that one genie episode from the Scooby Doo Show since genies aren't technically ghosts) in The New Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo Show's Halloween special "A Halloween Hassle at Dracula's Castle" which even had Velma freaking out a little, and that show directly precedes 13 Ghosts. So all the characters should have different outfits at the start of this film.
>supposed to take place a few months or year after 13 Ghosts
>yet Daphne looks exactly the same with no outfit changes until she gets a call from Vincent
Okay… I guess she wanted to look the same for Fred when he came from college? Also if they're retiring, shouldn't their outfits look a little bit more up to date? Or have their retirement/disbandment take place before 13 Ghosts then have a timeskip in-film with them briefly reuniting only for the Crystal Ball to interrupt?
I mean most of this stuff can be ignored or worked around with some half-assed explanations, but how the fuck does Flim Flam going from 9 to 17 even happen after "a few months"?

Wasn't there also like a time limit to capturing the ghosts? Like they only had one year or something to capture them before the end of the world came about? And why would the chest be in the Himalayas instead of with Shaggy? They didn't have any reason to get rid of it since they still had one more ghost to catch, so it should still be with the crystal ball.

> "A Halloween Hassle at Dracula's Castle" which even had Velma freaking out a little
I remember that special, but their reactions to the real monsters didn't seem all that strong. More like "wow I didn't expect to see some real monsters on this particular day". It wasn't that shocking to them (unless my memory is crap), if so then this film fits well with that. The only real issue Flim-Flam's age, but chances are they'll just dismiss that as him having a major growth spurt since I don't recall the original show ever stating his age. He could easily pass off for a premature 13 year old. Those little bastards can have some pretty freaky spurts.

At least give Cyber Chase a fair rating. Its not the best of the golden Pre-What's New era, but it delivers on some quality cameos and references. Its probably a decent 7/10.
>Legend of the Vampire and Monster of Mexico
>7/10
Are you out of your fucking mind? Those two were complete garbage only made worse by their shitty understanding of lore and monsters of said regions the films take place. They're easily a 3/10 and 4/10.
>Loch Ness Monster
>4/10
Bullshit. That one was honestly one of the more decent ones and deserves at most a 5/10.
>Aloha Scooby Doo
True that. That shit was an abomination with the only redeeming factor being the Daphne bikini shots, otherwise it was pure fucking garbage.
>Where's My Mummy?
Oddly enough this one was actually okay. I disliked it, but I recognize that it had more effort put into it than the previous ones. Velma being revealed to be the final boss was interesting. 5/10 or 6/10
>Pirates Ahoy
Crap all the way, although the surprise twist was a bit interesting. Still crap overall. Fred's parents got a lot of attention for some reason. 3/10
>Chill Out, Scooby Doo
0/10 Would not even let my hamster shit on it.
>Goblin King
3/10 Only good things I can say about it was the somewhat slight improvements in music and animation plus Velma's reaction to the whole thing being amusing. But the setting and characters were all obnoxious.
>Samurai Sword
I lost interest 15 minutes in and just kinda skipped through most parts after that. The dragon was cool though. 3/10
>Abracadabra Doo
>(plus the animation was gorgeous)
And Velma's sister was one hot dish. 9/10

What are you, gay? That shit deserves a 10/10.

Give all the shit you want to modern day animation, but at least it's not being destroyed by a single studio pumping out tonnes of garbage every year. Instead, it's lots of studios pumping out garbage, so at least there's a chance one of them might get their shit together.

All he's done aside from his awful Netflix show is a commercial for the Nintendo LABO (which somehow sold 1 million copies worldwide despite being criticized for having some of the most lackluster and dead end games imaginable with the only ones with replayability being the piano one). Bill Nye just goes around saying "fuck" and "shit" a lot in a desperate attempt to fit in while pretending to be a legitimate scientist. Even Black Science Man is slightly more qualified than him, and just saying that makes me ill. We're talking about within the context of an episodic Scooby show, not a DTV film. The comics have also been big events. A short 24 minute story involving the Flash is too over the top with such a powerful character at their side. With Batman it works because he doesn't have powers. In the Scooby Doo Movies, one episode had a powerful genie at their disposal, but that works because the character spends the majority of that time imprisoned in a bottle and thus can't solve shit easily. The mystery could involve them trying to figure out what happened to the Flash, but the whole point of the shitty celebrity premise is to have the guest regularly be involved with the gang throughout the episode. Having Flash be stuck somewhere until the end hardly makes him feels like a proper guest star. With the genie one it works because she's not the actual star of her show, her master is.

Supernatural is good fun for season 1 to 5 and 9 and if it's a comedy episode is usually fun regardless the season. Everything else is shit.
It was ok, Is odd because the episode is based around a classic Scooby episode but the cast has the personality they've more of less been having since the Mystery Incorporated series once the shit kicks in. You know autistic Fred, sweet Daphne, assertive Velma and not so incompetent Scooby and Shaggy.

Fuck was it terrible, spoilers ahoy.
I really wanted to like this movie but the entire premise is a sham, you can't do a follow up to a show whose entire premise is that it has real ghosts in it and have it be a regular scooby doo hoax. The movie tries to appease the autists by making it so that the original series could have been real, but that's missing the point, the 13 ghosts was a very different show with a different premise and they should totally have kept that instead of trampling over it for god knows what reason.
Also the humor keeps falling flat again and again, god, Fred was getting on my nerves the entire movie.
Finally, the fucking avalanche just wouldn't fucking stop holy shit, it's really obvious they were just doing it to pad out the movie, after a whole minute of surfing snow the movie cuts to the A plot and when it cuts back they're STILL running away from the avalanche and they do it for another minute! and then THEY DO IT AGAIN. A SECOND AVALANCHE STARTS AND THE SEQUENCE REPEATS A SECOND TIME.
If you want to know watch it just for the closure don't bother, just know that the 13th ghost was Vincent Van Ghoul's ancestor who was an evil wizard but is now seeking redemption by acting as Vincent's guardian angel, so when they captured the 12 ghosts in the original series they were already done without even knowing it.

The ghosts weren't illusions; that was just an explanation Velma cooked up. The only "fake ghost" was Asmodeus/Asamad Van Ghoul, who was really just Mortifer, but the real Chest of Demons was never opened in the film, and Asamad's wish for redemption was made up by Velma, so ghosts could still be real. It's just left ambiguous.

That's not the point, the point is that 13 ghosts was about facing super powerful ghosts with ingenuity and trickery, if they wanted to do another regular scooby doo hoax they shouldn't have used the original show as a way to rope in people who wanted a conclusion. Besides, it's hard to say it's left ambiguous when the movie does absolutely everything in it's power to favor the skeptic view, they didn't even let Vincent Price do any magic.

Again, it sounds like they're doing their best to make the movie consistent with zombie island. By giving the gang plausible deniability, so their skepticism when they're dealing with supernatural stuff in the movie is less jarring.
I know it seems far-fetched they'd go so far out of their way to make this movie work as a prequel for Zombie Island, but considering the fact that they're making a direct sequel to it it makes sense.

If they wanted this to be a prequel to zombie island, they could have just had Vincent memory wipe them at the end with a stupid spell or something. But even then it doesn't matter because this movie is just horribly mediocre even if they did fix the inconsistencies. They do their damnedest to create some illusion of continuiti and really this movies and consistent with not only the 13 Ghosts but with a lot of other shit, like The New Adventures of Scooby-Doo which explained that Fred had gone off to become a writer and Vilma has gone off to become a scientist after graduation. So they could have had this movie take place after Zombie Island. But like I said continuity doesn't matter because this movie is just really poorly written, which sadly ends the streak of good Scooby movies we've been having.
If this had turned out good, I was really hoping they would make a sequel to Ghoul School, but now I really hope they stay far away from it.

Not exactly. The BatB crossover was a painstaking passion project spreadheaded by the original creator of the show as both a loving tribute to the show he created and a love letter to the fans of the series. Of course it was going to have more effort put into it than the usual Scooby Doo flick.
This movie was a "wouldn't it be cool if we tied up this loose end in the franchise?" and it was based on a part of the franchise most fans liked the least and felt completely different than the rest of the show. Considering the material they had to work with, they did a decent job.

It's basically like if they did a new movie where the gang goes back to Ghoul School or Zombie Island and its revealed that Ms. Grimwood or the cat cultists were actually just weirdos and that the monsters girls and zombies never existed and were just the result of noxious swamp gas making Scooby and Shaggy really high. It doesn't offer any solid continuation or conclusion and just nullifies the previous events as meaningless and empty while shitting on previously appreciated characters.

After watching this movie it is my sincere hope that they DON"T make a sequel to Ghoul School. This movie served as a proving ground for how the current year DTV studio handles real paranormal Scooby Doo. If these people made a sequel to Ghoul School they would turn all of the monsters into cosplayers to preserve muh skepticism.
They butchered Fred's character, and to a lesser extent Daphne's, throughout the film which made the whole group dynamic off. Insecure/jealous Fred has been done much better in the past, and action-gurl™ Daphne has been done in the past without being nearly as grating. And, speaking of grating things, Kate Micucci should never be let near the role of Velma again.
I wish we had gotten a Ghoul School during Mystery Inc, that was the best shot since they respected the elements that make for good Scooby Doo, and never shied away from the paranormal.

Its weird how they went for the skept angle with 13 Ghosts yet they didn't with the KISS one. I was honestly looking forward to a Ghoul School movie, but if its as poorly executed as this, then I'm out. Also I was somewhat mixed about Mystery Inc. and its ambiguous canon, but I would've loved to have seen what they did with the Ghoul School there, they could've even tied it up to that new University they went to at the end.

Ah, so most of the problems people had with the movie can probably be chocked up entirely to WB being anal weirdos about what they're "allowed" to do. So it was probably an executive mandate that the ghost had to be implied to be "illusions" etc.

Of course it is. They picked the worst or most boring celebrities imaginable for this. Only ones that might potentially work are the fictional ones like Wonder Woman and Sherlock, and ones of celebrities playing the role of their most famous character, like Jaleel reprising Urkel (Hell more people somehow manage to remember Urkel today than they do any of these other hacks), and even those are remembered are just boring like Chris Paul, and I mean honestly, who gives a flying fuck about Ricky Gervais and Wanda in this day and age? Sports guest stars like the Harlem Globe Trotters worked because they were goofy and wacky and had great chemistry with one another as well as the gang even if you didn't give a shit about them.
Only good thing about this show in the long run is the extra thicc Daphne and Velma. Seriously. Daphne's legs and ass are huge while Velma's packing watermelons.

this is possibly the worst thing i will read all month, i can't believe i'm saying this but i'd rather never see the girls again if they tried to pull this fucky bullshit with them. doesn't even need to be to that hardcore of a degree. i'd so much rather stick to the few fan animations we got, occasional fan art, and one month of relevancy they get a year.
i honestly doubt they're gonna try to erase the entire paranormal aspect tho, return to zombie island is probably just a one off. and even if im wrong and they do start doing that i think Ghoul School would fly under the radar, at least for a long time. if they're looking to milk the old popular classics they're gonna for Cyber Chase, Alien Invaders, and Witch's Ghost before anything else. Also, I'm a firm believer that the guy who does OK KO is at least a casual browser of /co/ and wouldn't try to call for a Ghoul School movie if he knew they'd shit all over what it was.

Most likely halfchan like that fag Savino. Even if this place is not as aids ridden as half/co/ its not active enough for anyone in the industry to want to post here since they would want the consensus of a place that's filled with a shit ton of people regardless of how stupid they are. And most content creators like to have their dicks stroked, and this place wouldn't be unbiased towards them.
Also, I'm pretty the OK-KO fuck is a huge half/co/fag considering how much time he spent ass kissing Steven Universe in his little crossover. The original longer version everyone had hoped to see didn't even included any good characters, it was just more scenes of Garnet and her midget forms talking about the power of love and unity and other such bullshit.
Regardless, as much as I'm mixed about it, I'm mostly satisfied with the Ghoul School episode in OK-KO. I was originally more critical, but after 13 Ghosts, that's probably the best we're ever gonna get in regards to Ghoul School.

I would like to see them do an "Anti-Scooby Plot" episode. The Scooby Gang arrives to investigate a mystery that we the audience know is actually 100% real supernatural. Probably something involving a necromancer or scorcerer, so we can have a human villain to handcuff at the end. The Grimwood Ghouls are established right in the prologue as being real monsters, and by extension the threat in the episode is real as well.
While Velma and the gang go through the motions of a standard investigation, picking up clues and whatnot, that's just a B-plot that we cut to for five seconds now and then. The A-plot stars the ghouls, who are doing everything they can to keep the villain from killing the Scooby Gang, all while keeping out of sight and covering up any evidence of the supernatural that the Scooby Gang might stumble on to. Shaggy and Scoob are of course the ones that get caught in the middle and have a brush with the monster battle going on. By the end of the plot the ghouls have framed the villain as a standard rubber-mask wearing human, and Velma and Fred smugly explain the mystery to the police as the villain is arrested. Shaggy and Scooby insist that they saw real monsters, but their friends wave it off as bad scooby snacks. The Grimwood girls breath a big sigh of relief and head home, the secret of their existence safe once again.

I don't like to create unnecessary threads that will just linger and die so I generally only start stuff in October (and by that point there's usually already a thread that someone else started in September). I didn't have anything I needed to share right away so I stayed quiet, and I didn't want to derail this thread from it's topic. If you guys are wanting to do more of those "ask the ghouls" rp stuff I could waste some time on that.
It's not generally wise to talk to much about one's irl on chans but suffice it to say I'm still working a day job and doing hobby stuff in the evenings, working on a change of occupation and trying to go on dates when possible. Bought a bicycle recently too. Still enjoy going to conventions where I can grab some quick commissions like this one (attached) but tbh the sheer amount of pozzing in the generic nerd cons has basically taken over. Checking the schedule of panels you can count on one hand the number that don't include some mention of "diversity", "body positivity", "inclusion", and all the usual buzzwords. Next year I'm thinking I'll check out some horror-specific conventions instead and see if they are a bit more sane. Maybe this is just me but I've found most of the annoying lefties don't have much stomach for the gore, sex and violence that permeates the horror genre.

You can reach me at toonspew01@gmail.com It's a dummy account basically so I don't check it often but it's handy for a situation such as this, so I don't have to give out my email on a public board. I'm interested to hear about your proposition.

I agree that the tone feels too light, or rather… it feels like it has the typical amount of menace as all of the other Scooby movies, which is disappointing because Zombie Island broke the mold by being different.
I'm pretty confused about the continuity though… didn't the original Zombie Island take place when the gang were into their 20's? Daphne had an unsuccessful talk show and all that? These designs are the standard "teen" versions of the gang, so… is this a prequel? That would explain why they don't recognize the zombies. But then what why put "Return" in the title? I have no idea. I don't see any evidence of the zombies being man-in-mask villains in the trailer though, unless I'm missing something.
I don't find it hard to believe that Scooby and Shaggy are reacting with fear just because they're cowards so that's what they'll always do when encountering any monster. Because that's the comedy formula.

Untapped potential. Nostalgia. And as a lifelong MST3K fan, I legitimately enjoy how cheesy and terrible most of it is. Rocket-broom-powered toolshed? That shit is comedy gold.
And I have to wonder… girls that act like girls? Not bitchy or so randumb, not tomboy I-don't-need-'no-man, not disaffected "too cool for this" 90's hipster or obscure pop-culture reference-dropping millennial. Just speaking for myself here but when I watch the old 1980's cartoons it feels like a fresh of breath air. The Grimwood girls are free to take a ballet class and it's just looked at as a normal thing that girls do, there's no social commentary riding on it.

>Velma: The unsolved zombie island mystery!
What's unsolved about it? They killed the cat worshiping murderers and the zombies all fell to pieces. Mark my words this shit's gonna end by revealing that the zombies were just a tourist trap and that the whole incident from the first movie was just a shitty amusement park.

The board wars ended in 2015, you autist. Nobody cares anymore. It's certainly not valuable enough that a random waifu picture from years ago needs to be painstakingly editing to protect your precious feelings.
Here's a hint: most people didn't leave 4chan over some ideological reason. They left 4chan because it fucking sucks.

imagine running an imageboard with free speech as their entire selling point and yet deletes posts for acknowledging the board wars as the autistic shitfest it is. mods deleting shit because of their own petty disagreements is exactly why this site was created to begin with
but i get it, free speech works a lot better as a marketable buzzword than an actual philosophy one puts in the effort to abide by
