Eve herself celebrates his birth, thanking the Lord by name for him. She names him Cain, meaning "acquired" and says she acquired him of the Lord. She didn't say she acquired him from Satan or the serpent. Some would say this is even more tragic, since it could be interpreted that she was hasty and thought Cain was the promised Seed that God was going to bring to crush the serpent. When it turns out that Cain may as well have been from the serpent, in behavior at least. But not a "literal" offspring of the serpent.

Cain is the child of Satan. The book of Enoch says the sons of God fell because of their lust for women. Their goal was specifically to take wives and we can see in genesis that Eve was the woman satan glommed on to. If Cain wasn't the son of Satan then genesis 3:15 wouldn't make sense

All children of fallen angel’s were giants. The book of enoch is clear about this even as a false book. When genesis uses the word “seduce” it’s not talking about a sexual seduction. You are reaching. The seed of the woman has a different explanation. Eve had only ever had sex with Adam. This notion that Cain was the literal son of satan is so wrong that it’s self debunking. Any one can be called a child of satan if they give themselves to evil. Eve was seduced into eating the fruit, she wasn’t seduced into sex.

The angels that came down to earth and took wives did so way after Adam and Eve. When there were many woman to choose from. If Cain was a nephalim it would’ve been clear from the start. God wouldn’t have even tolerated Cain around the family of Adam. Like I said, this is self debunking. Also, marking Cain would’ve been useless, he would’ve already had physical signs of a nephalim.
