Is there a concept similar to karma in Christianity? Also is it wrong to laugh at people getting hurt for doing something stupid?

Depends on how you define Karma.

Karma in the buddhist sense is simply causality. Not some Universal justice system in Hinduism. The word Karma directly means action.

You don’t need scripture to prove the existence of causality. But Jesus obviously touched on this universal truth in The Parable Of The Sower. (Matthew 13:1-8). Which basically states the truth of “you reap what you sow”. Plant good seeds in good soil and you get good crops.

This seems to share the same idea of Karma as Siddartha’s teaching.

If you are watching a lot of videos of people getting hurt and laughing at that, I would say yes. Because you are intentionally wanting to see people make a fool of themselves. In essence taking pleasure in a person's hurt. But if you see it on accident and laugh, then don't worry it happens. Say a prayer for them.

There is. If you ever read the Books of Wisdom in the old Testement, there is the concept of "The Wisdom of God" which permeates all of creation and encourages good, while allowing evil to be punished.

>Is there a concept similar to karma in Christianity?

In reality there's no karma outside Christianity. People that do evil grow wealthy and powerful and as their evil increases, so does their power. People that do good all their lives suffer because of it. That's how the world works now and it's how it has always worked.

However, those that do good receive salvation and those that do evil receive damnation. That's the very definition of karma.

No "impersonal" power called Karma. But an active, living God of justice who answers to no one but himself and sees and is everywhere.

The concept of reaping what you sow is known as karma for many. It exists across the board, every creature is under this personality of God. No one is immune to reaping what they sow. The good reap good in the end, the evil reap evil. Some people reap evil and no one knew they were evil, some good people go through trials and it makes them look like they were evil people reaping what they were sowing.

In the end, if we had all the details of everyone’s lives who had ever lived, we would clearly see good people reap good and bad people reap bad. Never has this law of nature been inactive. Never has it been void a single day of anyone’s lives. We just have a hard time seeing it and don’t have the details to understand it. Read Habakkuk, see how that prophet complains about this topic and how his viewpoint changed in the end.

Yes.

There are consequences to everything you do. If it comes with haste or not, that's a whole other story.
