The following are facts and the rest is up to you to decide through logic.

First, In the Bible’s New Testament Paul mentions that marriage is allowed “passed the bloom of youth”, which is puberty. Anything before that is an abomination and with good reason.

Second, intercourse between a man and woman creates only a vessel, it is God who places a soul into a womb, All girls who get pregnant do so because God made it so.

Third, women can only become pregnant when they have a menstrual cycle, the menstrual cycle is nature’s way of saying, “this is no longer a child”. Nature Completely follows God’s commands and God controls every aspect of everyone’s life. Even animals and bacteria.

Fourth, God’s ways are not our ways. For centuries women were getting married at ages 13-15. For centuries it was a simple fact that once a young girl has her first period she was now considered “a woman” and can marry. But there is some evidence that a extra year was given on top of her first period before she was able to marry, that was mainly because of the traditions of marriage (meeting the family, preparing the house, finally ceremonies). Even in America, simply a century ago, this was also common place.

Lastly, we are told to obey the laws of the land as long as they do not hinder our worship of God. This means if you live in America you are not allowed this option. But because many in other countries allow having a bride younger than 18, we as “Christians” are not allowed to judge them for their decision. In God’s eyes adulthood is achieved much sooner than 18.

Also, a side topic, many countries make it impossible for anyone under 18 to have a real job. So, no job no dating, no dating no marriage. We are bound by the laws of the countries we live in, because God told us to be obedient when our faith is not on the line. On top of that, more importantly, we are bound by the laws of God. That means no sex at all without marriage, even if she’s 30.

Well, Jewish law declares men and women to be adults at around puberty (13 traditionally). To this day, it's still celebrated (bar/bat mitzvah). That's the long and short of it. Most importantly, you were allowed to read the scripture out loud and be treated as an equal by your elders, in matters of religion. Marriage was only one part of it.
