Guys how do I stop being attracted to exclusively 2D girls? I no longer find 3D girls attractive anymore, only 2D. However, I know God made 3D girls for man and not 2D. But anime has warped my sexuality so much, even after quitting it, I just can't bring myself to liking 3D anymore. What do I do?

Continue to detox from anime, and know that it's normal to be unattracted to or uninterested in the vast majority of women from "first world" (i.e. brainwashed) countries. I'm dating a Catholic girl from Central America and she's like no other single woman I've met. No penis envy, no s— tests, no nonsense - just sweet, wholesome, feminine, innocent, and loving.
Granted, I see those virtues in other Catholic women, but they're almost always married (and for good reason). I would stay away from anime and, while this might sound like strange advice, get used to being around even the most degenerate of 3D women; you'll gain a greater appreciation for and attraction to virtuous women over time.

Dude it’s all imaginary in the first place. You knew it was all in your head, can’t you at least accept the fact that many people are into the same 2d girls as you are and create their own relationship with them or their own version of events.
