Why not just become a Nazarene? Honest question. In fact, it might larger on a global level as is (more missions)…. but we could use all of those UMC good works here (hospitals/schools).

I don't believe so, but there could be some governance differences. Same goes for Wesleyans. From my (limited) perspective, the differences are superficial.
