Normies have a very strange view of Christianity. To them Christianity is simply the opposite of Islam, a sweet kind gentle religion of tolerance towards every evil. They say the OT is evil and only jews follow it, meanwhile the NT is totally just the hippie movement in text form. This of course disproves any notion that they have ever read it since the NT is full of antisemitism and has Jesus brutally beating people with a whip and annihilating most of earth in the last book.
Normies believing things so contrary to Christianity yet claiming to be Christian just doesn't sit right with me because that means other people will think their memes are the real deal and if they convert will only follow the false Christianity the normies project.
It's a lot like the sjws redefining gender. The conversation is no longer about the original substance behind the label but rather the new unfounded meme behind it. We could always point to the Bible and the old catechisms to affirm our Christianity is the true one but they will always have some mental gymnastics they can resort to to justify their delusions just like how sjws say "HARVARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREES WITH ME ON GENDER SO IM RIGHT UR WRONG HAHAHAHAHAHA." It feels like a losing battle where entropy will always win because God simply doesn't force everyone into salvation so the majority just chooses hell.
It makes me sad.
