the point of these vaccine records re: Covid is to determine where you are allowed to travel, ie: to public markets to buy things.

Right now they have implemented it in China with the WuXi healthcode. It is just a lanyrd with a simple QR code on it - not a big deal as such - except for it dictates where you can move to.

What Bill is doing is merging his id2020 project (medical and financial records on blockchain -id2020.org), his vaccine project, and his Quantum Dot Tattoo Project (all funded by Bill and Melinda Gates foundation) into one thing. It's not going to be a computer chip or a literal mark. That's too obvious. The Devil is supposed to be insidious, and he's not going to full the world's Christians with such a dumb tactic. I think it's pretty obvious that the mark is a mark on your soul. In Exodus 13:9, the Passover is referred to in this way: And it shall serve as a sign to you on your hand, and as a reminder on your forehead, that the law of the LORD may be in your mouth; for with a powerful hand the LORD brought you out of Egypt. It's going to be either a system or a practice that we have to adopt in our minds and in our deeds, not a literal mark.

I like Probably Alexandra's interpretation on YouTube. It is a very falsifiable prediction, so I'm just seeing how things play out.
