In general, I think if you're Christian you should shoot for NT first names rather than OT names, since OT names generally have a Jewish association, with a few exceptions of course (David, Joshua, Noah, and a few others). Middle names are fair game though.

I've always said I'm going to name my son and/or daughter Peter and Mary Because I just want our Catholicism to be THAT obvious, and I like the names anyway I contemplated Paula for a girl, but idk, I just don't like the sound of it tbh. Joseph is also good.

Michael and Gabriel and Raphael if you're Catholic/Orthodox are also decent choices imo, though the later two are a bit dated nowadays.

You could also go with some non-biblical Saints if you're so inclined

Ok, so, first of all, he was Austrian and raised catholic before going astray. Second, his political alignment had everything to do with his favoritism towards neopaganism and Atheism.
