There is no hope. There are 2 or 3 married women over 30 to and none under 30 here. Sometimes like twice a year some kids from the Sunday school show up because they were forced to.

Also I am a young man who has to deal with women wearing ambiguous clothes and makeup 24/7 as part of modern society, and if I cannot have a clear separation between that world and the world of the Liturgy, I am going to have a very hard time getting in the right spirit at church if there are a lot of "normally" dressed women.

The truth is, I'm in a similar position.

- 25 yr old virgin.

- Haven't been in a relationship.

- Have depression and anxiety for fear I'll never have an emotional connection.

But I still hold out hope that there are women who believe in God. Who see the evils of today for what they are, and who are looking for a spiritual man to honor and cherish as we honor and cherish them.

The best thing we can do for ourselves is be ready to meet that person. To turn ourselves to God, to work towards bettering ourselves, and to trust there are others out there who feel the same.

Oh, I believe it. I knew an obese Christian girl with a pretty face who liked me, but she was trashy, so the feelings weren't mutual. In the short time I knew her, there were at least two Christian guys I know of that she turned down (both in their 20s).

That has more to do with the shortage of devout faithful women than anything else. My brother looks almost identical to me except he's about 80lbs heavier (some muscle, but mostly fat from poor eating habits), and he's dating a solid 7/10 who's 7 years his junior. The difference is, they're both secular.

It's always men's fault though, isn't it? Women can never be held accountable for their own actions. I don't feel I'm particularly 'worse off' though. And that makes all the difference.

I had a lot of issues growing up, and it culminated into intense self-loathing and despair. This hatred of myself was so intense, I began to blame the world around me. I decided the world wasn't worth changing for, and MGTOW gave me all the excuses I wanted to hear.

The only thing that's truly made a lasting difference is working to change my attitude.

I want a relationship, but have social anxiety. Okay. I'll start meeting new people by putting myself in many different scenarios, and gain experience chatting people up. I'm far more comfortable talking to people now.

I want to change my looks. Okay. I'll find a hair stylist, learn to grow a beard, maintain better hygiene, diet and exercise, and accept I've got a nose like the Happy Merchant, body hair like Darwin's Missing Link, and a lazy eye when my glasses are off. We all have some oddity on our body.

I want to become more well rounded. Okay. I'll read the Bible cover to cover, explore things I'm interested in (Comp Science/Cybersecurity for me), and take part in more activities. I'll try to change up something each week to avoid getting into a rut.

I still have issues, of course. Sometimes depression hits me like a train. Sometimes I break my Nofap chain and fall to my old vices and thought patterns. But I work through them, hold steadfast in prayer, and learn to properly respond to those feelings and solve the underlying issues.

I'm confident God will lead us to those opportunities when we are ready.
