If you read the Book of Acts, you'll see that they're clearly referring to other languages. What charismatics/pentecostals are doing seems to be different in nature.

That said, who am I to judge? There seem to be a lot of earnest Christians among them. Perhaps this new phenomenon is a part of God's plan.
