Muy buen video, lo unico que no me gusto es el ultimo lavado con agua que puede resultar en la descomposicion del jamon por las propias bacterias que viven en el agua (agua de pozo y almacenada en un tanque sin ningun tratamiento), el untado con la bebida blanca y elpimenton me parecio genial (el alcohol es antiseptico)
