Me encontré con un cierto alemán sociópata que tiene un server de Discord para pedófilos (figura 1) en el que además impulsa a gente a tomer estrogeno y a cortarse su nombre (figura 2). Ugh, si lo que querés es solo cambiarte la banderita hay un montón. Si enserio querés encriptar todos tus datos y sentirte bien seguro hay pocos y la mayoría de pago. Podés probar cyberghost o tunnelbear capaz, aunque tenés TOR también totalmente gratis.

Lo siento, yo no uso proxy. Vivo en Europa.
Si uno proxy es para aparecer de Argentina, pero lo hago solo desde mi android. Hay varias apps que te pueden llegar a servir, nada más buscá "xpais proxy" en playstore y descsrgste alguno que no tenga tantas descargas.
Para pc, de nuevo, tenés tunnelbear y cyberghost. Este último es de pago pero tiene una versión "lite". O sino te toca buscar servidores proxys en google y conectsrte manualmente, podés bus ar en google "como conectar manualmente proxy" o algo así.
Pero de nuevo, estás seguro de lo que vas a hacer? Un doxxeo puede cagar la vida de una persona. Según lonque decís el chabón es nada más un enfermo medio perturbado. Capaz lo podés ayudar de alguna forma. La venganza nunca soluciona nada. Suerte.
