Llegar a conocer en dónde estudia, o en donde pasa el tiempo, no sé. Y hablar con ella en vida real sin parecer interesado en su personaje de youtube, si querés le decís que parece conocida
Hablale, sacale conversación, decile que te tenés que ir pero que te pase el num así arman algo para hacer algún día.
Después de unas horas le decís que viste un evento, o depende de que tipo de youtuber es le invitas a hacer algo. Vos sabrás qué le gusta.
Ese mismo día que te juntas le decís que te gusta, y la invitas a hacer algo a tu casa (como comer pizzas y comer el helado favorito de oa piba de postre).

La otra idea es aplicar un poco de ingeniería social para inducirla a ir a tal boliche algún día, o a tal joda no sé, en la joda la buscás y bailas y la cojes esa noche
