Summer has already started and you haven't done shit yet. Working out is healthy and something even poorfags who can't afford gym membership can manage. Use your body as weight and do these simple workouts at home, be consistent with your training and don't eat like a pig.
The anime is about some fat gyaru going to the gym.

Metabolic Effects of Intermittent Fasting.
Patterson RE1,2, Sears DD1,2,3.
Abstract
The objective of this review is to provide an overview of intermittent fasting regimens, summarize the evidence on the health benefits of intermittent fasting, and discuss physiological mechanisms by which intermittent fasting might lead to improved health outcomes. A MEDLINE search was performed using PubMed and the terms "intermittent fasting," "fasting," "time-restricted feeding," and "food timing." Modified fasting regimens appear to promote weight loss and may improve metabolic health. Several lines of evidence also support the hypothesis that eating patterns that reduce or eliminate nighttime eating and prolong nightly fasting intervals may result in sustained improvements in human health. Intermittent fasting regimens are hypothesized to influence metabolic regulation via effects on (a) circadian biology, (b) the gut microbiome, and (c) modifiable lifestyle behaviors, such as sleep. If proven to be efficacious, these eating regimens offer promising nonpharmacological approaches to improving health at the population level, with multiple public health benefits.
KEYWORDS:
circadian rhythm; gut microbiome; modifiable lifestyle behaviors; postprandial

I've been having ~2000kj at 12pm, ~2500kj at 6pm, and ofte a small snack at around 3 with only black coffee and water (including soda/sparkling) in between. I've lost just over 6kg in the past few months with minimal exercise (30 minutes on the bike with maximum resistance once a week, lifting a 10kg dumbbell until failure a few times a day twice a week), though I was doing none before. What's your schedule like?

I have switched to only eating between 6-10PM while walking every work day, while also decreasing (not severely) carbs. I lost nearly 20 pounds in a 6 months. The biggest immediate change though was my wakefulness. I used to dead until I had an energy drink every day and I would be wiped by the end of the day. After intermittent fasting for a week I would wake up way easier and really would never really get tired through the day. If anything I have a harder time getting to sleep at night sometimes.

I have the opposite problem, I used to wish days were 25-26 hours long coz I was never tired at bedtime. Since IF, I get tired 12 hours after I wake and I lose the ability to function at work an hour or two after lunch.

Been eating from 13h-19h(sometimes 20h).
I haven't counted callories in a long time, instead I more or less know what my usual intake is, and if I want to gain or lose weight, I make small adjustments in my eating routine (like smaller rice portions, or general carbs for that matter) or increase cardio. I've also lost 6kg since I started, and only plan to shed a couple more. Been lifting 3~4 times a week, and doing light cardio in between. We're all gonna make it brah.

Lol, I can go the whole day without dairy and still get protein farts.
It basically happens when I have a whole bunch of protein in one sitting, rather than over the course of the day, so definitely more common when I have a protein shake.

I agree that it's 3DPD but I contend that these days men who have muscles don't have any real use for them other than to garner attention as well. And if you're looking at it from a biological perspective garnering attention through physical fitness is a much better alternative to garnering it through cosmetics or social media, both of which are intended to hide flaws of a person's physicality. Where physical fitness intends to remove flaws from a person's physicality.
I'm not a fan of 3DPD in general, but I can't agreebwith faggots that are against fitness in anyone.

Women doing masculine sports isn't a good use of limited timespan woman has, and men still have use for physical strength due to existence of niggers, or for the other hobbies or jobs that require physical prowess

Except when discussing 3DPD that is a good use of a woman's time since that normally attracts a fit man. Just because you aren't personally attracted to it doesn't mean that the vast majority of normalfags aren't. Also niggers lose against a gun and you don't need strength to use a gun and hobbies are optional. So the only thing you could say muscles are necessary for is the limited number of jobs where they're helpful.
But I'm contending that nobody needs a reason for physical fitness as it's a good hobby/aspiration to have in and of itself

protein farts are primarily due to drinking too much milk and using cheap dirty whey. High quality whey isolate, casein and good no added sugar probiotic yogurt along with plenty of water and fiber will prevent excess gas buildup.
