I've worn and used Rearz Rebels training pants. Honestly I prefer regular diapers, but they were good for public wear, and felt great as a diaper cover. Unfortunately I cutted them up threw them away in a purge, I wish I hadn't.

Yeah, there's no water proof lining on Rearz's training pants. You'll need to use plastic pants just like any normal cloth diaper.
Good thing is, Rearz has some pretty sick plastic pants and diaper wraps.
