I need some help, during this whole covid thing I basically developed an overactive bladder or at least that's what I believe based on the fact that i wet the bed without needing to overdrink 2-5 times a week and experiencing urge incontinence almost everyday.
My bladder capacity is around 250-300ml.
For the experienced, am I fucked?

Yup. Your bladder is controlled by muscles that work like any other. They've gotten weak since you haven't been using them. Start using them, and they'll get strong again.

This seems to be the consensus, and I would agree with that. That being said, dont hold for TOO long. Like, dont hold as long as you possibly can until you literally involuntarily wet yourself, or hold until you are in physical pain every time, as this would probably be counter productive. Be sure to tell us how this goes, there isn't much information on re-training, and even less of it is successful (but then, usually when people are trying it, they are way more incontinent than it sounds like you are, so that will make a big difference)

Definitely a genuine wetting accident that I actually cannot control no matter how hard I try to hold it. Especially if I got relatively little or even no warning so I actually wasnt expecting it. ESPECIALLY if it wasnt just a one off thing, and I actually was having frequent accidents like that.
I would love to be doing whatever (playing with legos, model trains, reading a book, playing on the computer, watching a movie or TV, etc) and suddenly have to go really bad and just be sitting/standing there wriggling and doing a potty dance for a bit before I just start feeling my diaper getting warm and wet. After a moment of shy/slightly embarrassed "oh well, I can try again next time) I would go back to whatever it was I was doing, only for the exact same thing to happen later on.
I might try using a little training potty too. It could actually be a real one or a DIY one (basically a bucket or large bowl etc) that would be kept somewhere that isnt the bathroom. This might actually help you make it some of the time. (Im not sure how much control/warning you currently have/get)

Alternatively, slowly shuffling to the potty/bathroom (because if I moved any faster then I would definitely have an accident), and having to stop moving altogether every now and then and just standing there squirming and potty dancing while I focused as hard as I can to hold it when there is a particularly strong urge, and then when Im getting close to making it (but not TOO close, maybe like 2/3 of the way there) I just cant hold it anymore and I wet my diaper while standing there, knees bent, legs crossed, hands pressing hard on my crotch.
Holding it and having to go, and I have been successfully holding it for a while now, but the urge is really really strong, and finally as one wave hits, I just cant help myself and I just go in my pants. Not because it was an accident. I deliberately decide to give up and just use the bathroom in my diaper because I have to go sooo bad that I just couldn't stand it anymore, as opposed to not being able to physically hold it but still *trying* to until or even after my bladder started to empty.
Surprise accidents. Sitting on the couch feeling totally fine and not even needing to go to the bathroom a little when all the sudden I feel pee trickling around in my diaper. Whoops!
I have to pee, and I *know* I *should* try my best to make it to the bathroom in time, but I'm really sleepy/busy/having fun playing or enjoying a movie, and I just don't want to get up and go right now, so I decide to use the restroom my pants on purpose just this once, but I promise I'll try and make it next time though!
I'll probably think of some more stuff later. Let me know if this is the sort of thing you are looking for, I enjoyed writing this out!

I can tell you this happens on a daily basis, I always try to push my holding capacity by 5 mins and sometimes even within the 5 mins i still spurt/leak a bit.
Because my bladder isnt full when i get the urge its very random i would say. By example today i drank a bunch of coffee in order to get some school work done, I went to pee like 3 times within 1h20 and still had urgency.

it means a change of diaper, I wear adult pull ups rn more than anything. I did break my rule of no coffee and drank like 4 cups, which is why u see me going to the bathroom a lot lol. It also tracks if u had urgency at the toilet trip or leakage, so sometimes even the toilet tag is somewhat wetting related. Once i reach the 24th its going to create a pdf report of my ups and downs and my patterns. It's a pretty cool app called drydawn.

Ah I gotcha. Haha yeah coffee will do that. So you just get a sudden urge of needing to go bad and sometimes you don't make it? That app sounds really helpful for 24/7 wearers! Pull-ups suck so bad though haha. With how bad it is now have you considered wearing real diapers all the time instead? Thanks for being open with the info! I find it really interesting :)

should just be a case of practice holding and remembering to void regularly to avoid accidents. nursing homing patients that become accustomed to diapers can also become toilet trained again the same way, so if there aren't any physiological issues it should work for you too
is this something you were intentionally going for or more just a slippery slope kinda thing? I assume you've been wearing 24/7 for at least six months for this to be noticeable

It can directly effect how much you need to pee and how urgently it hits.

So the goal is to avoid all leaks ? I was told to practice holding when i get a strong urge. Should I dash to the bathroom to avoid leaks or if I can leak about 1oz and the urge recedes and then i hold an extra 4oz after is that better…. ? There's really no information out there.

I'm not a doctor, but the goal is voiding under your own command and thus building confidence while reducing stress, and then slowly building up capacity. Walk before you can run. You may also include kegel exercises, replace other drinks with water, stay at the toilet for a bit when done to see if you have any more, etc.

Somewhat related question, i'm wearing for a few months now during the new lockdown. Always thought this "ono i untrained myself hurr" stuff is just fetish talk but I noticed recently that I started to develop this strange urgency. The urge to go just comes out of nowhere and if I can't reach a toilet in a minute it's usually too late.

I think it depends on how long and how accepting you are of what's happening. See a doctor when it becomes a problem in your life.
I've spent 2/3 months 24/7 and stopped without any permanent change I can see. If you do stop, initially you may not feel comfortable without at least a little protection (especially at night) due to perceived reduced capacity/increased urgency, but after a week/a few weeks that fades away.
You may eventually stop waking up from it once you're comfortable just going when you do.
