well It's because a lot artists who do oneshots that aren't really diaper fetishists for the most part. maybe they don't mind diapers. but it's not the main premise of their doujin/manga most of the time. and there are really few consistent japanese diaper artist. a lot of them quit or stop suddenly. only few remain. that's not say that all one shots are bad but most of them are, diaper-fetish-wise.
